Meet the
Founder of QAVAC

QAVAC was created by Jennifer, drawing on her experience working in global organisations and mentoring graduates transitioning from university into the workplace.

Early in her own career, Jennifer experienced first-hand how challenging that transition can be even after succeeding academically and gaining early work experience.

Throughout her career, she observed a consistent pattern: many capable graduates struggle to find their footing in the first few months of entering the workplace not because they lack ability, but because the “how work works” part is rarely explained.

These early experiences often shape confidence, performance, and long-term career
trajectory. Yet, the expectations of professional environments are rarely made explicit.

At the same time, employers expect graduates to adapt quickly, communicate confidently, and contribute within team environments from the outset.

These observations, combined with conversations with graduates and employers across sectors, led to the development of the First 90 Days™ Programme, built on the QAVAC Confidence Framework™
