QAVAC was founded by Jennifer, drawing on her experience working in global organisations and mentoring graduates transitioning into the workplace.
Throughout her career, she observed a consistent pattern: capable individuals struggling not because they lack ability, but because they lack visibility of workplace expectations and how to navigate them.
These early experiences often shape confidence, performance, and long-term career trajectory, yet they are rarely addressed directly.
